Hello! I'm a budding professional in the world of marketing and communications. My experience involves a repertoire of skills from a diverse background in accounting, higher ed, and healthcare. My professional growth is geared towards careers in marketing and communications for companies that work towards the greater good.

 

Currently, I'm the Marketing Coordinator for The Permanente Medical Group, Inc., Physician Recruitment Services. We are the physician group branch of Kaiser Permanente and my role is to promote our open job opportunities through various methods such as recruitment events, online ads, e-mail blasts, and print so that physicians can connect to their next opportunity with us. I've managed tradeshow presence at some of the largest medical conferences such as ACEP, AAP, and AAFP through online and print ads, booth layout, and marketing materials. I am truly passionate about TPMG's mission to hire the best physicians across the nation and connect them to their ideal careers with us.

 

In my past role at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital, I was able to explore the various avenues of healthcare by supporting a department that provides specialty care to children across the Bay Area and beyond. I’ve been responsible for collecting data on clinic usage by creating complex excel documents that allows for monthly progress as well as creating charts to represent this data. I have also written knowledge base documents for internal use meant to optimize patient flow. I’ve even created clinic signage that adheres to hospital branding to simplify the patient experience.

 

I have past experience in Marketing where I moved up in various roles for UC Berkeley’s Educational Technology Services (ETS) Group. My final role was as a Marketing and Communications Assistant. This position allowed me to carry through projects that affected the branding of ETS provided services through various means including writing, graphics, video production, and social media.

 

I have a special interest in working for institutions I believe provide change. I am looking for roles that allow for me to be a part of this change through my own work.
